Investment Strategy

Global Tactical Asset Allocation (“GTAA”) is global security selection, where the securities are broad asset classes – equity markets, fixed income markets, alternatives and currencies. Our strategy is designed to improve the overall risk/return profile of a diversified portfolio by taking short-term tactical tilts (over/ under weights) among these asset classes. This diversified approach is designed to provide potentially strong, consistent returns over time.

Investment Philosophy

Global Tactical Asset Allocation is based on a set of core beliefs:

• Valuations drift from fair value
• Investors are slow to incorporate new information
• Risks change over time among global markets

Because of these patterns, markets are not perfectly efficient. A disciplined approach which seeks to forecast these patterns, can potentially add value.
